Lets Talk Workshop2 – Homes and Neighborhoods

As part of New Castle County’s Comprehensive Plan effort, there will be a series of four virtual workshops held to inform and discuss with our residents a diverse array of topics affecting the future of the county.

Our Homes & Neighborhoods will focus on the following:

• Housing affordability- What makes housing too expensive? Is there a disconnect between supply & demand?
• Social determinants of health– How does our living or working environment affect our health, well-being, and future
• Environmental justice– How do we address the disproportionate impacts communities of color and/or less affluent neighborhoods have historically experienced from air pollution and water contamination?
