The Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO), in partnership with the New Castle County Department of Land Use and the Delaware Dept. of Transportation (DelDOT), will present the final draft of the Southern New Castle County Master Plan. During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the final recommendations.
The final draft master plan report will be available approximately 2 weeks before this workshop at: www.newcastlede.gov/lu.
