Please take notice that an election to fill two (2) Town Council seats currently held by Patrick Miller and Ed Dugan will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2020 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Townsend Municipal Building located at 141 Main Street in Townsend.

To be eligible to vote in this election you must:
• Be a registered voter in the State of Delaware, New Castle County
• Be 18 years of age
• Be a citizen of the United States
• Be a resident within the Incorporated Town limits or be the legal owner of property within the corporate limits of the Town of Townsend

ALL VOTERS WILL BE ASKED TO PRESENT PHOTO IDENTIFICATION ON THE DAY OF THE ELECTION.
