Notice of Bid Opening- Code Review & Inspection Services
As we plan for the upcoming fiscal year, our town is facing the need for a tax rate adjustment to ensure we can continue providing essential services and maintaining infrastructure.
We are considering two options for how to implement this adjustment:
Option 1: Apply the full adjustment in the upcoming fiscal year.
Option 2: Spread the adjustment evenly over the next two fiscal years to reduce the immediate impact.
We’re asking property owners and residents to help guide this decision by completing a brief survey.
