We’ll be recognizing the MHS Team and their Advisors at a School Board Meeting in September.
Background:
Teams earned an invitation to the event by winning statewide qualifiers demonstrating their leadership, professional skill, and technical knowledge in a variety of disciplines including: medical math, epidemiology, physical therapy, forensic medicine, dental science, medical assisting, and biomedical laboratory science.
In the ASD, participation in HOSA represents a co-curricular commitment. Students who are active in the Allied Health, Public & Community Health, Forensic Science or Science Pathways have the opportunity to participate in the organization’s career-focused competitions, take part in community service work, and become leaders at the school, state and national level.
