Date Posted: Thursday, October 5th, 2023Ordinance 2023-001, an ordinance to provide the quality of outdoor night lighting to conserve energy, reduce light pollution, and improve safety by light direction, was passed on September 20th, 2023 with an effective date of November 19th, 2023.
