The annual Town Council election is scheduled for Saturday, May 6^th, 2023, the 1^st Saturday in May, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

There are Four (4) Council positions open for election.

Three (3) Council positions are open for a two-year term, until 2025.

One (1) Council positions are open for a one-year term, until 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS for CANDIDACY

Be 18 years of age.
Be a Citizen of the United States of America.
Be a registered voter in the State of Delaware, New Castle County.
Be a legal resident within the Town Corporate Boundaries for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months immediately preceding the filing of Candidacy.
