Weather Statement – July 13-14, 2023 – Severe Thunderstorm Risk
Date Posted: Friday, July 14th, 2023NWS has issued an update briefing on the Friday 7/14/2023 afternoon/evening severe weather that contains heavy rains and could produce flash flooding from excessive rainfall amounts. In addition, damaging winds of 60-70 mph could be contained with in some of the storms.
Best chance for showers and thunderstorms remains between 5 PM and 11 PM this evening. Total rainfall of 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Another slight chance of thunderstorms on Saturday, and Showers and thunderstorms again on Sunday early AM before daybreak.
