TRAFFIC ALERT – New Castle County – Blackbird Landing Road to Close at the Bridge Over Blackbird Creek for 75 Days Starting Monday, August 21st

Townsend — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that Blackbird Landing Road will close at the bridge over Blackbird Creek for 75 days, beginning on Monday, August 21st. Detours will be posted. The road is scheduled to reopen toward the end of October.

Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
