PUBLIC NOTICE: Licensed Contractor’s, Permits and More

Spring has already sprung and the bees are beginning to buzz! You know what that means, right? Yep, it’s Project Season!

If you need a contractor to help you with any work, whether it’s for your landscaping needs or to fix up that old deck, here’s a helpful list of all the Town’s licensed contractors within Town: https://townsend.delaware.gov/licensed-contractors/ 

You may also visit our website and click on the Information Tab which provides a drop down of helpful links, you’ll want to choose the “Licensed Contractor” option that will lead you to the same page displayed below (this may look different on your mobile device): 

We do our best to update this list on a monthly basis.  If you don’t see your contractor on the list, please feel free to reach out to us to confirm if they are in the process or have already been licensed.  You may also send them our way so we may have them licensed in time for your project!

Don’t forget! Some projects may need a permit, please feel free to reach out to us if you need help determining what needs a permit and what are the requirements to submit for one.
