FROM OUR FRIENDS AT THE Delaware Emergency Management Agency
The risk of severe thunderstorms in the northern part of the State has increased from 2 p.m. today into tonight. Heavy rain and flash flood concerns start Wednesday and continue into Thursday, and may be higher in urban areas.
While high uncertainty still exists for the impacts of Tropical Storm Debby, very heavy rain and flooding are likely late this week.
