The Town of Townsend is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services to support the Town’s infrastructure projects and municipal engineering needs. The selected firm will assist with planning, design, permitting, construction oversight, and other related services vital to our growing community.
Scope of Services Includes (but is not limited to):

Permitting Assistance

Bidding & Procurement Support

Construction Oversight

Additional Municipal Engineering Services
The contract will be for a one-year term with the possibility of annual renewals for up to three additional years, based on performance.
Proposal Submission Deadline:
All proposals must be received by Monday, June 30, 2025 at 4:00 PM at the address listed below. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A Contractors Bidding Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Town Hall. Questions must be submitted by Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
