Official Notice: 2026 Municipal Election Canceled
Date Posted: Friday, March 27th, 2026The Town of Townsend Election originally scheduled for May 2, 2026 has been canceled.
This cancellation occurred because two (2) candidates filed for the two (2) available council seats for the two-year term. As a result, no election is required under town procedures.
