This winter season, the Town of Townsend is encouraging neighbors to help neighbors when inclement weather arrives. We understand that snow shoveling can be a challenge for some members of our community, and we’re here to help connect those willing to lend a hand with those who may need a little extra assistance.

If you are interested in volunteering to help shovel snow for a neighbor within town limits, please use the volunteer sign-up link below.

Prior to each snow event, these lists will be shared with both volunteers and households requesting assistance so connections can be made in advance.

Please note: The Town of Townsend is only facilitating these connections and assumes no responsibility for the services provided. This is a community-driven effort built on kindness, cooperation, and care for one another.
