Date Posted: Friday, May 25th, 2018Rental Ordinance No. 17-05 was passed on April 4, 2018 with an effective date of January 1, 2019. The approved ordinance, along with proposed forms (which have not yet been finalized) can be viewed below. Additional communications will follow. Compliance with this ordinance is required by ALL residential rental units, whether they be apartments or single family residences.
