REMINDER… Proper constraint of animals

As a friendly reminder to all residents within the Incorporated Town Limits; per

Town Ordinance; Section 10-6 (a) and (b)

Sec. 10-6. Restraint and control of animals.

(a)   All dogs shall be kept under restraint at all times.

 (b)   No owner shall fail to exercise proper care of control of his animals to prevent them from becoming a public nuisance (Public nuisance animal as defined by the Town Code).
