The Town has been informed by our municipal waste provider GFL that they were unable to complete the trash pick up on South Street and Commerce Street, yesterday, May 8th. GFL advised they will be out this morning to complete these streets. We thank you for your patience and understanding!

05/13/2023 Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive
Saturday, May 13th is the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, sponsored by the National Association of Letter Carriers. Fill your collection bag with nonperishable food and place it by your mailbox prior to mail delivery on May
13! Your letter carrier will ensure that it makes it to the Food Bank of Delaware!
Please note collection bags will automatically be mailed to your residence by your letter carrier. In the event that it is not, you may leave any bag out May 13th and your letter carrier will take it.
The following is a list of items most needed:
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- Peanut butter
- Canned meats like tuna fish
- Canned soups
- Cereal
- Spaghetti
