Building Permits Required
Homeowners, you must obtain a building permit from the Town Hall for any projects you wish to have done to your property; and you must call the Town Hall for all inspections for any type of addition that requires a permit. You must also have a final C/O on the addition. Please call the Town Hall at 302-378-8082 24 to 48 hours in advance for an inspection.
All contractors doing work for you must be licensed in the Town of Townsend. Please call the Town Hall at 302-378-8082 to verify your contractor is licensed with up to date information.
