The Mayor & Council of Townsend will be having a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 7:15 pm at the Townsend Fire Hall located at 107 Main Street, Townsend, DE 19734. The purpose of the hearing is as follows:
- Final Reading of “Ordinance No. 15-03; “Town Hall – Permitting Zoning Usage”
- Receive and consider public comments on Ordinance No. 15-03.
- Following Public Hearing Town Council may consider and possibly approve Ordinance No. 15-03.
