Due to the impending inclement weather for Saturday, December 11th, the Annual Christmas Caroling and Tree Lightning Event has been postponed until Sunday, December 12th at 6pm. We hope you can join us!

Tree Lighting Caroling Song Book
Please join the Town of Townsend for a special event to celebrate the Holiday Season. Caroling will be led by Immanuel United Methodist Church accompanied by the Appoquinimink High School Brass Ensemble. There will be a Christmas tree lighting and a visit from a special guest from the North Pole!
Hot chocolate and light snacks will be offered by Immanuel United Methodist Church.
A collection bin for the donation of non-perishable food to be donated to Our Daily Bread will be available at the event, thank you to the Neighborhood Social and Services Group.
