A message from New Castle County Councilman David Carter: 

WILMAPCO and DelDOT are holding an open house on May 1 from 5-7p at Middletown Town Hall (19 W. Green St.) to solicit feedback on budget, priorities, and transportation improvements.

This is an opportunity for residents to have their concerns heard by DelDOT and WILMAPCO, and also have the chance to give feedback on traffic and other transportation concerns.
