Since we installed the Blessings Box Food Pantry in May of 2023, we have been able to help serve our Community and assist those in need. WEATHER ADVISORY: Potential Winter Storm this Weekend

Please stay up to date on the developing storm and note the following: Key Points: Precipitation moves in around Midday Saturday and may start as a brief period of snow and/or sleet, especially north of the canal, we don’t expect any accumulation except possibly on the grass and colder areas in the far northwestern part of the county. Heaviest of the rain moves in late Saturday afternoon and into the evening before tapering overnight. We are expecting 0.5″-1″ of rain, The latest 3 and 6-hour flash flood guidance is solidly within the 2-3″ range, so the threat for flooding remains marginal at best. That said, cannot rule out some minor flooding of low-lying or poor drainage areas. 2025 Municipal Waste Service Guidelines
Date Posted: Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024Residents are reminded of the following guidelines for trash, recycling, and yard waste collection. Please take special notice that only trash should be bagged; recycling and yard waste should not be bagged. Trash: Collected Monday’s on a weekly basis with recycling. The following is the delayed pick-up schedule due to the holiday: Memorial Day pick-up is 05/27/2025 Labor Day pick-up is 09/02/2025 Please place containers at the curb the night before or no later than 7 a.m. on your scheduled pickup day. Trash must be placed at the curb no earlier than 24 hours prior to scheduled trash pick-up. All trash containers must be removed from the sidewalk area no later than 24 hours after trash pick-up.
